Frequently Asked Questions
Where are your pieces made?
All Strung Out jewelry is handmade in small batches in Western Massachusetts. Each piece is designed, strung, and finished by hand — no mass production, just care and intention in every detail.

What materials do you use?
We use a mix of natural gemstones, high-quality metals, and gold-plated accents. Each piece will list its specific materials on the product page. Since our jewelry is made with real stones, expect slight variations in color and texture — that’s the beauty of it.

What’s the energetic meaning behind your jewelry?
Each piece is created with the energy of presence, grounding, and connection in mind. Gemstones have been used for centuries to support intention — from Tiger’s Eye for protection to Mother of Pearl for calming energy. You’ll find energetic properties listed with every product.

How should I care for my jewelry?
-
Avoid long exposure to water, perfume, or lotion.
-
Wipe gently with a soft cloth after wear.
-
Store in a dry place or pouch when not in use.
-
If you’re energetically cleansing your jewelry, try moonlight, smoke, or selenite — skip the salt water baths.

Do you offer custom or personalized orders?
Yes! We love creating custom combinations or energy-based pieces. Just reach out through our contact form or email strungoutshop@gmail.com with your idea.

When will my order ship?
Since everything is handmade in small batches, please allow 5–7 business days for your order to ship (or longer during preorder/launch periods). You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order is on its way.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because of the handmade nature of each piece, all sales are final. However, if something arrives damaged or not as expected, email us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.

Do you ship internationally?
Right now, we ship within the U.S. only — but we’re working on expanding soon.

Can I see your products in person?
We don’t have a physical shop (yet!), but we occasionally do small pop-ups and local markets in Western Mass. Follow us on Instagram or TikTok for updates.
